Hi All,

Our project is about to start and from next week we will hit the road in South Korea to bring you all an insight of the Korean food.

The italian part of the expedition will fly over to Seoul to meet the other half of the team, the point of contact with wide knowledge about korean food, flavour and traditions. We will start our trip from Seoul, capital of this amazing country and after two days, we will move to the Jisan Festival for a three days of music and of course food. In the following weeks we will travel across the nation to find the most peculiar, delicious and weird food our mouths could taste.
